Can the ebook which has been purchased be read when not connected
to the internet? 2. Can the ebook which has been purchased be read
using a machine which was not used to purchase it (e.g., if the
machine is replaced)? 3. Can the ebook which has been purchased be
read when the machine is connected to a different location? 3. Can
the ebook which has been purchased be read when the user replaces
his/her machine? 4. Do you have an example of a proper legal
disclosure statement that would properly disclose these
limitations? 5. It appears that some of these restrictions may be
considered restrictions on first sale rights (e.g., the right to
give away your copy to someone else, see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/First-sale_doctrine). Are you aware of
any court cases over this particular issue? Thank you so much for
