NCC Coaching Trends 2009 Interview No. 3: Biana Babinsky
Small business coach Biana Babinsky combines her passion for cooking and coaching in the names of her businesses, Avocado Consulting and Marketing Salad. Biana told the back story of how the name of her websites came about in our interview yesterday.
Biana is a member f the New Coach Connection Connector team. Along with Leni Chauvin she answers questions about marketing and networking on Reach Out Wednesday on the list. In our interview Biana shared her view of how he many challenges facing coaches in 2009, many of which are not new but need a fresh approach, can be turned into opportunities. I was struck by Biana’s emphasis on taking small, consistent, planned action every day to achieve incremental results. Too many people think they need to double or triple their efforts to achieve success, when in reality working smarter on a consistent basis will create the success you want .
There’s a lot more in the interview, too, so give it a listen. Enjoy!

WordPress Plugins: I am using the In Series plugin on the NCC Blog. It allows you to post a series of articles that are easily navigated to by your visitors. I am also using the Audio Player plugin to create the Flash player. It also automatically creates a podcast feed for posts with MP3 files in them. And since I make a lot of typos and updatee blog posts freuently, eveen after they have been published, I wanted a solution for getting banned by the pin services. So I installed the MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer plugin, and like it a lot. Wish I’d installed it ages ago. We use manyother plugins on this blog, but these three are relevant to this series. Check them out.
