		<description>Timely information. My Friday was that way, off sync the whole day.
S0, Saturday was my day to totally not work, chopped hedge and
trimmed grapevine (growing over the roof due to neglect). Finished
the day with Fireworks. Should be ready for Monday.</description>

		<description>Definitely a nice reminder Kathy. I have all of those things happen
to me! And it is nice to be reminded that we can delagate, turn to
others for support, and my favorite - take a break! I also like the
stop complaining one. Because at the end of the day, we are
manifesting our thoughts, positive or negative.</description>

re-boot is simply to take a walk outside. Fifteen to twenty minutes
can do wonders for your attitude.</description>
