Get Involved

A community is only as powerful as the sum of it’s parts – what makes this community and this blog powerful is the involvement of it’s members. Want a better blog? A better coaching community? Get Involved!

Here’s what you can do:

Participate!

Have something to say on the topic at hand? Got a question you didn’t see answered? Comment! Participate on the blog or join the list, but either way we want you to have your say.

The Living Room Code of Conduct – The NCC and Making Coach Connections blog have just one rule: keep it safe. If in your comments you are behaving in a way we would find unacceptable were you a guest in our living room (being rude or hurtful to another guest, spamming) then you will be asked to change your talk or leave. We do not apologize for trying to make this community a safe place for all members.

Link It Up!

Are you a coach? Got a blog? We want to link to you. To suggest a blog for the blogroll, send an email with a link to the Blog Connector (kathy*at*spiritspring*com*) and we’ll add it to our blogroll.

The more people who point to our blog, the more coaches who will discover us, so please, go ahead and tell others about us and feel free to trackback, or link back to us from your blog.

The Making Coach Connections blog was created with the goal of featuring the best of what the blogsphere has to offer coaches. When you send us your blog link let us know if it’s ok for us to reprint any of your entries on our blog (with full credit and trackbacks of course).

Be a Guest Author!

We can’t do this alone. The coaching world is a big wide world and we want to share your say, too. Want to do more than comment? Why not be a guest author? Volunteer to write a blog post or a series of articles. You create and submit the post and we’ll share the view of the coaching industry from your corner of the world. Interested in finding out more about guest authoring? Contact Kathy Mallary (kathy*at*spiritspring*d0t*com) for more info.

Don’t want to write? That’s ok. Do you happen to know of a great blog post or article on a topic on coaching or of interest to coaches? Read a great book? Find a great resource? Just have a burning question you always wanted answered? Send it our way and we’ll add it to the community fodder. Trust us, we appreciate anything and everything you pass along.

This is your community, get involved!
